Ordering

U.S. Customers:
You may order directly from our website, by calling us at 800.315.0878  or 573.557.3150, or through one of our US dealers.

International Customers:
Please contact us for a shipping quote to order directly with us or you may order through an international dealer.

Payment & Financing

U.S. Customers:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Certified Check, or Bank Wire.

International Customers:
We accept payment via Bank Wire Transfer.

Financing:
Financing options are available through LFCI, a company that specializes in finance for Audio-Video and High Tech industries. For more information, download the Church/House of Worship Application or the Business Application.

Lead Time

Current lead times for most Consoles and Workstations is estimated at 3-4 weeks - Custom Shop Items are hand made one at a time with longer lead times & vary depending upon the product. Lead times can vary based on current production workload - please call or email for lead time to confirm for a specific item.

Custom Work

We are happy to assist with custom designs. A non-refundable design deposit is required to begin and will be applied to the order total when placed. Deposit amounts will vary by project.

Rush Service

If your order needs to be expedited, inquire about Argosy Production Rush Service. When available, Production Rush Service can reduce lead times by half or more.

Cancellations

Standard Products:
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment, subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

Custom Products 
Any Custom Design or Custom Shop Product (IsoBox Pro, Custom Shop Racks, Radius, or Legacy) cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Cancellations prior to production may be subject to a fee based on materials and costs incurred.

Returns

Argosy does not accept returns. Please contact our product specialists with any questions you may have so you can order with confidence.
